Short, because there is not much to say — this site collects what you type into the form and nothing else.
This notice describes what FAB Diamonds collects through this website and what happens to it. It covers the website only. Anything you tell us in the boutique or over the telephone is handled the same way but is not described here.
Only what you type into the enquiry or appointment form: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, the subject you select, a preferred date if you are requesting an appointment, and your message.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking. There is no account to create and no profile kept about you.
To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation while a piece is being made for you. That is the only use. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the people working on your enquiry.
You do not receive marketing from us because you sent an enquiry. If we ever start a mailing list, joining it will be a separate decision you make deliberately.
Enquiries that do not lead to a piece being made are removed once the conversation has clearly ended. Records relating to a piece we have finished are kept for as long as we may need them to service, repair or verify it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the enquiry form and say what you would like done.
FAB Diamonds is responsible for the information described here. The registered company details and the contact point for data questions are published on this page once confirmed; until then, requests sent through the enquiry form reach the same people.
